Service Description

Aerial yoga combines traditional asana (the physical postures of yoga) and yoga philosophies with the aerial arts. You can be fully supported by the silks - even lying down entirely, like a hammock - or wrap the silks around particular body parts, keeping other parts on the floor.

Cancellation Policy

If you no call/no show a scheduled class, you will receive a $12 charge for the class. For same day cancellations, you will not be credited if not cancelled within 8 hours of the scheduled start. This is a small business and limited spots, thank you for your business and understanding. *We understand life happens. If there is an emergency, please contact the studio.
