Dance is unique in its ability to combine fun, flexibility, fluidity and form in a way that is healthy for the body, mind and spirit. Not only is it a great stress reliever, it also helps with poise and posture, improves body awareness and boosts self confidence. The self expressiveness that dance allows also has a positive impact on mood and well being. In short, you get the benefit of exercise with the grace and purposefulness that is dance!
